Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of buycalls.co and your purchase of calls from BuyCalls.co ("BuyCalls," "we," "us"). By using the site or ordering calls you agree to them. The service is offered for business use.
1. The service
BuyCalls sells customer-initiated inbound phone calls generated through paid search advertising, at posted per-call rates, across consumer categories including insurance of all types (life, health, auto, home, and Medicare-related products) and other verticals. We sell live calls — not lead lists, data files, or contact records.
2. Ordering, rates, and payment
- Rates are as posted on the site or as confirmed by our team in your order confirmation.
- Orders are scheduled after payment is received. There are no retainers and no long-term contracts.
- Delivery volumes, schedules, and targeting are as stated in your order confirmation.
- A call becomes billable after the connection buffer you selected (for example 10, 60, or 90 seconds), as described on the current rate card and your order confirmation.

3. Your obligations as a call buyer
- Answer calls during your scheduled delivery windows.
- Hold every license, appointment, or registration required to sell or advise on the products discussed on the calls you buy — including state insurance producer licenses where applicable.
- Comply with all applicable laws in how you handle calls and any follow-up contact, including the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing and do-not-call laws, call-recording consent laws, state insurance advertising rules, and — for Medicare-related products — applicable CMS marketing requirements.
- You are solely responsible for your conduct on and after each call, including any sale made.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service in connection with deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful offers; misrepresent who you are or what you sell; or interfere with the operation of the site or the call-delivery infrastructure.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We deliver calls, not sales. We make no promise of conversion rates, revenue, or business results. Metrics shown on the site are illustrative.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by BuyCalls and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service.
7. Third-party platforms
Calls originate from advertising on third-party search platforms that we do not control. BuyCalls is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any search engine.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyCalls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify BuyCalls against claims arising from your sales practices, your handling of calls or consumer data, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may stop doing business with the other at any time. Obligations that accrued before termination — including payment and indemnification — survive.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Florida.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted here with the latest effective date applies. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
