Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
BuyCalls.co ("BuyCalls," "we," "us") is an advertising and pay-per-call company. We generate phone calls through paid search advertising and sell those calls to businesses ("clients") across consumer categories, including insurance of all types (life, health, auto, home, and Medicare-related products), home services, financial services, legal services, and other verticals. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Business clients. When you submit our contact form or order calls, we collect the information you provide: name, business email, phone number, role, call-buffer preference, and any notes, along with your IP address and campaign or referral parameters (such as UTM tags).
Consumers who call. When you dial a phone number shown in one of our advertisements, we and our call-routing providers process information about that call: your phone number (caller ID), the time and duration of the call, the business the call was routed to, general geographic area inferred from your number, and — where permitted by law and disclosed — recordings of the call made by us, our routing providers, or the business that receives your call.
Site visitors. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) to operate and secure the site. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-focused analytics tool that reports aggregate page views only.
3. How we use information
- To operate the service: routing and delivering calls to purchasing businesses.
- To contact clients about orders, delivery schedules, and billing.
- For quality assurance, call verification, billing disputes, and fraud prevention.
- To secure and improve the site and service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
Call buyers. Connecting consumer calls to purchasing businesses is the service itself. The business that buys a call receives the live call and the associated caller information (such as caller ID).
Service providers. We use vendors to run the business: hosting, security, and email delivery (Cloudflare), call tracking and routing platforms, and payment processors. They process data only to provide those services.
Legal. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell the contact information that business clients submit through our forms to third parties.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the strictly necessary cookies our infrastructure may set.
6. Your privacy rights — including "Do Not Sell or Share"
Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, or similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or delete that information.
- Receive a portable copy of it.
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Connecting your call to a purchasing business may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some state laws. To opt out, or to exercise any right above, email team@buycalls.co with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using the phone number or email associated with the data, honor requests from authorized agents as the law allows, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
Traffic to the site is encrypted (TLS). Data is stored with access controls on Cloudflare infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our service is directed to businesses and to adults seeking consumer services. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
